Refund Policy

To place a refund request for an order made at OwnEssays.com, you need to contact OwnEssays via email at support@ownessays.com or by phone at +1 888 727 1131.

Conditions

Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up your refund process. Your request will be reviewed within a 48 (forty eight) hours standard response period and we will notify you via email of the results. We reserve the right to extend the standard response time if more information is required on the case.

Refund Period

Refund requests are accepted up to 14 (fourteen) days from the date of placing the order at OwnEssays. You may submit a request to cancel your order any time before the writing process has commenced. Please note that if the assignment has been delivered to you via email or downloaded by you via a direct link provided by us, refund will not be made, unless a clear reason for a refund exists as specified in our Terms and Conditions.

Contingencies

If the refund request is granted by OwnEssays, payments are refunded during 5 (five) business days from the time the refund has been approved by OwnEssays Finance Team. All refund requests are approved and confirmed by email. The refund period may change without further notice should the relevant bank’s hours or policies change.
